This photo of rome shows how your find the modern concrete pillar this a 60’s building (some sort of office) with a towerring domed roof of a historical church just off the main street (strada) see.. my italian is getting better

So Just got back from Rome…
Took a few pictures as always…
The fun you can have with sunny Rome and shutter speeds..
I’ve always loved play around with camera and this picture worked pretty well.
The photo shosw off the gold and paint work on the on the ceiling of the “Altar of the Fatherland” Piazza Venezia: Monument to Victor Emmanuel II
Some info About this place: It was built between 1885 and 1921 to celebrate the unification of Italy.

I like gaudi,
Some people hate him but I’m not one of them.
Walking around Barcelona you can’t but help coming across his amazing work..
Gaudi’s park is pretty amazing but this photo was taken not far from the very centre in the barcelona..
Whois Gaudi well he was born in Reus in 1852 and received his Architectural degree in 1878.

Right in the heart of havana in Cuba is the white house..
It is a complete copy of the American white house but scaled down..
Along with is being a copy is boasts the Cuban flag standing proud.
I felt it was like a strong statment of “If you can have then so can we!”
It was a stunning building and from almost any angle created a feeling of power and background.

St Paul’s Cathedral is dedicated to St Paul’s right in the centre of the capital London.
The Cathedral has been overlooking the city since 604AD.

This is a photo is taken up at the top of the hill in the old/castle part if this amazing capital city.
I found the castle of old town areas very interesting and far more CZ than the main city.

This was a cold, cold day and bar the evening it start to snow..
The photo was taken in Angel Islington in the north of London..
The light was quite amazing with the snow attempting to stick to the ground…
